How to place the order
- Across the website just select “Add to Cart” and you are good to go, if you are not sure of what to buy you can even choose “Add to Wishlist” and from there you can add them to the Shopping Cart to complete your shopping.
- Once your Cart is ready, just go to Checkout page and fill in your details and the shipping details and payment formalities at the CCAvenue Payment gateway and your order is complete.
- You will be notified via Email that your order is complete.
How to view Shipping details
- We server to maximum locations across India, and to know if your Pin Code is within our Coverage Area, you can check the same either from the Cart by selecting your “State” and entering the Pin Code to check whether we are able to deliver in that area or no.
- On our top navigation, we have a link “Our Coverage” where we have listed all the pin codes across the states that we cater to. We suggest you start looking there.
- In case you are not able to find your Pin Code, we request you to inform us using the Contact Us form and notify us of the same. We shall do our best to deliver your order to your location.
Can I return a product?
- All products except the ones that are listed under “Bathroom Accessories” can be returned within a span of 15 days from the date of order placement.
- However please note that the product should not have been used even once, and there should be no visible damage on the product.
- After inspection of your returned product by our team, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the situation.
